35,683 Danish car owners have spoken

- BMW is the top scorer in the Danish Auto Index 2013

For 11 consecutive year, the Loyalty Group completed the most comprehensive consumer survey of the Scandinavian car owners' experiences with their car dealer and workshop.

Autoindex 2013A total of 61,408 Scandinavians, of which more than 50% drive a Danish-registered car, have answered more than 100 questions about their vehicle.

For the second year in a row BMW  occupies the grand total Danish first position with Mercedes, Audi and Toyota on the following places.

The total Danish result consists of four parameters: Experiences with the car itself, with the sales department, with the workshop and vehicle owner's loyalty to the brand.

  • Highest satisfaction with  the car has BMW followed by Audi, Volvo and Mercedes.
  • Highest satisfaction with the sales department has Toyota , followed by BMW, Mercedes and Suzuki.
  • Highest satisfaction with the workshop has Toyota followed by Suzuki, Nissan and Saab.
  • The car brand with the highest customer loyalty is BMW followed by Audi, Mercedes and Volvo.

The results for the Norwegian market, published on 6 May and the Swedish results will be published on 14 May.
