Loyalty Group kicks off at Scandinavian Business Forum Malta

Scandinavian Business Forum MaltaOn 28 November, just days after its entry into the Maltese market, Loyalty Group was on stage at the Scandinavian Business Forum Malta (SBFM).

The short seminar was set up to inspire local executives to focus on Customer Centricity to gain the value hidden in their customer base.

Scandinavian Business Forum Malta is an initiative of the Maltese Chamber of Commerce, and is established to strengthen the cooperation between Scandinavian and local companies.

After a short introduction by the SBFM chairman Dr. Mark Fenech, the show was opened by Dr. Gege Gatt, CEO of ICON, one of the most successful web design companies in the country.  He shared his interesting thoughts on the topic "Exploiting social channels to achieve loyalty and sales" and gave the audience something to think about before the famous Danish loyalty "preacher" Mikkel Korntved, CEO of Loyalty Group entered the stage.

Mikkel Korntved's speech "Customer Centricity - the forgotten path to Future Profitability" focused on the business value of increased customer retention and loyalty.

The Public's response to the seminar was very positive, and SBFM and Loyalty Group are planning a series of lectures focusing on customer development in the New Year.

"Participants agreed that the Loyalty Group concepts and messages have great relevance also for Maltese companies looking to maintain and grow their customer base", concluded chairman of SBFM  Dr. Mark Fenech.
