Business Leaders Malta and Loyalty Group are running a workshop

Business Leaders MaltaOn April 25th, Loyalty Group's CEO Mikkel Korntved will run a 1/2 day workshop under the BLM Insight program. The title of the workshop is "Customer Loyalty - The Forgotten Path to Increased Profitability" and will through exercises give the participants insight and inspiration to actively work with customer relationships in their organisations.

- Most companies take their customers for granted. Poor alignment of expectations, bad customer service, irrelevant communications and a uncontrolled customer experience is more often the standard than anybody wants to acknowledge. This workshop will provoke, inspire and teach top and middle management the most important issues to address when wanting to become a more customer centric and profitable business, says Mikkel Korntved.
